Alalunga white tuna is a precious fish, known for the delicacy of its compact and low-fat meats. The simplicity of the preparation gives the tuna the sumptuous taste of the sea in which it is fished. You can use Alalunga fillets of white tuna in the preparation of countless dishes or even alone, for a quick but tasty second course.
Freshly caught, the tuna is cleaned by removing the head, gills and tail, then it is gutted. The prized meat of the fish is cut into slices that, after adequate cooking, are carefully placed in glass jars and then abundantly covered with high quality oil.
